Motorola has added another big-bang mid-range smartphone to the G-series lineup, Moto G30 with a 64MP main rear camera lens and 90Hz display refresh rate which is a good one on a mid-range device.
The design of the Moto G30 is kept simple with a glass surface and plastic body. The device comes in Phantom Black, Pastel Sky color and has a big bottom bezel. Moto G30 is also unique in a way that it is designed with a water-repellent design, making it an IP52 rating – dustproof.
Moto G30 is equipped with a 6.5” IPS LCD with 720 x 1,600 pixel resolution + a 90Hz refresh rate to back it up. Still on the front, we have a top-notch screen design which houses the selfie camera of 13MP.
To the back of the Moto G30 is the quad camera lineup in an L shape. We have a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP. The main 64MP is enhanced using a Quad Pixel technology followed by a bright f/1.7 aperture which makes night shot using Night vision mode nice.
The 8MP is an ultra-wide angle lens, while the 2MP is for macro shot and the other for depth sensing.
Inside the Moto G30 is the Snapdragon 662 which has eight Kryo 260 CPU cores, accompany by 4GB/6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage which is expandable.
Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery capacity which is said to last two days according to a test carried out by the company. It comes with a 20W fast charging charger to make charging swift.
