Apple CEO Tim Crook has finally announced to the media at an event in New York City, the new Apple MacBook Air (2018) which was first announced in 2008 and the machine tab (iPad Pro 2018). The MacBook Air (2018) features a slimmer design with a thin bezel which gives users more screen, retina display, a lightweight body, fingerprint ID and so on to be learned below.
I believe this Apple laptop really took it time to be finally ready to go into the market where we have lots of slim and powerful laptops like the Huawei Mate D Pro that are attempting to close the gap between laptop and tablet user experience, though it might be difficult for Apple to really make it way, i know Apple always has the heart of their users.
Apple MacBook Air 2018 edition sports a 13.3-inch Retina display with a resolution that surpasses the last MacBook Air x4 and up to 16.9% smaller than its predecessor and it IS made with 100% recycled aluminum which makes the machine weigh just 1.134kg. The sensor is positioned right next to the F12 key above delete key plus the laptop has Apple’s T2 security chip installed on it which purpose is to ensure a secured boot and encrypted storage and we all know this isn’t new to the market, majorly all premium laptops have this fingerprint ID system.

Upgrades were done on the new MacBook Air like the speakers and a new three microphone array, a butterfly keyboard mechanism which has individual LED back-lit keys with an ambient light sensor to enable typing in low light environments possible, force touch track-pad which lets users interact well with the device.
It is equipped with an Intel Core i5 8th generation processor but not the latest and powerful Intel processor but I presume it should be more powerful than the Intel core M3 on the MacBook, it is also equipped with an 8GB of RAM which can be further expanded up to 16GB and up to 128GB SSD (Solid state drive) expandable to 1.5TB. MacBook Air (2018) has the latest wireless tech with 802.11 ac Wi-fi and Bluetooth v4.2.
About the battery, it has an in-built 50.3‑watt‑hour Li-polymer battery with up to 30 days of standby time, 13 hours iTunes movie playback, 12 hours wireless web and 30W USB-C Power Adapter; USB-C power port.
